1. Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email and booking reference number. Guests are required to present the confirmation and a valid government-issued ID during check-in. Confirmation will be done after receiving a call from our Front agent.

 

  1. Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

  1. Payment Policy

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure the reservation. Accepted payment methods include i bank transfer or cash upon arrival unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay. Reservation modifications are subject to room availability and possible rate adjustments.

 

  1. No-Show Policy

If the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the reservation may be considered a no-show, and the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night’s stay or the full booking amount.

 

  1. Guest Responsibility and Conduct

Guests are responsible for maintaining proper conduct during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if a guest violates hotel policies or causes disturbance or damage.

 

  1. Damage and Loss Policy

Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property caused during their stay. Charges for repair or replacement may be applied to the guest’s account.

 

  1. Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited . A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.

 

  1. Extra Guests

Room rates are based on the number of guests declared at booking. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

 

  1. Liability Disclaimer

The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless deposited in the hotel’s safe facilities.

 

  1. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.
